We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who has strong experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) and a proven leadership background in managing product initiatives during the Discovery, Alpha, and Beta phases. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex public-sector or regulated services and must excel in stakeholder management, influencing senior decision-makers across various sectors including policy, compliance, engineering, and delivery. You should be skilled in designing and running frameworks that balance user value, regulatory and policy intent, technical risk, and cost-to-serve while being able to challenge requests with solid data and options. A strong understanding of product strategy is essential, as is the ability to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with organizational goals. We expect you to establish and maintain a prioritization framework that combines user value, business strategy, technical risk, and cost-to-serve.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:
In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coach team members and stakeholders in product thinking, and ensure compliance with government service standards, accessibility, security, and operability requirements. Additionally, you will advise on risk management and enable readiness for Discovery, Alpha, and Beta assessments through evidence-based planning and documentation. Building and sustaining trust across senior stakeholders, policy leads, compliance, engineering, and delivery partners will be critical to your success. Your responsibilities will also involve maintaining a product roadmap that reflects user needs, policy intent, technical constraints, and value metrics.
