Your Role
In the capacity of a Principal Landscape Architect, you will offer design guidance, technical mastery, and tactical oversight across intricate assignments, while coaching squads and solidifying partner bonds.
Primary Duties Involve:

Directing the conceptualization, integration, and execution of landscape and communal space assignments through every phase.

Offering specialized insight into a varied project list and industries including urban center revitalization, public domains, water storage, aviation hubs, educational facilities, housing, and motorways.

Coaching and supervising landscape specialists and aiding in their career advancement.

Assisting in commercial expansion, project tenders, and partner interaction, encompassing pitches and dialogues.

Guaranteeing superior benchmarks of design excellence, viability, and regulatory adherence.

Acting as a representative for AtkinsRéalis externally and assisting in defining the future path of the landscape field.
About You
You will be an assured, esteemed expert with robust leadership history and an enthusiasm for superior landscape aesthetics.
Mandatory Criteria:

Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or a comparable status with a minimum of 5 years of experience following chartership.

Background in a senior or principal capacity within a professional advisory firm.

Documented history of executing intricate, multi-field assignments.

Robust design talent, technical mastery, and grasp of United Kingdom planning protocols.
