About This Role
This position offers a rare opportunity to lead complex change initiatives and develop high-performing teams. You will be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, leveraging your expertise in people development and change management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies for large-scale learning programmes
• Lead diverse teams of consultants to deliver complex consulting engagements
• Analyse client issues and develop logical solutions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively will be critical in building strong relationships and driving project success.
Requirements
• Proven experience in consulting, preferably with a recognised professional services firm or global consultancy
• Extensive knowledge of people development, including large-scale regulatory-driven learning programmes
• Ability to advise on different approaches to manage People-related change
• Versatility across Learning and Change disciplines is highly valued
• Candidates must have strong writing skills, be proficient in PowerPoint, confident with Excel, and comfortable working face-to-face and remotely
