Key Account Professional
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Professional to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key retail customers, curating compelling ranges and ensuring the delivery of the right product to meet customer needs.
• Manage and grow key retail accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership development.

• Collaborate with internal design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure customer briefs are met.
• Lead range development meetings and present products confidently to buyers.
• Oversee the critical path, ensuring products are delivered on time and to customer standards.
• Drive sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and customer insight.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for further development.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in ladies’ knitwear , with a deep understanding of yarns, stitches, and fashion trends.
• Supplier experience within ladies’ knitwear.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with buyers.
• Commercially minded with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong design awareness; a background in design is highly advantageous.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality product and service.
