We are seeking an ambitious and experienced junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Italian cuisine, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to lead and teach a team, thrive under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality food.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a similar establishment. They should demonstrate knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures, be proficient in working with fresh ingredients, and possess good communication skills.

Requirements:
• Languages: English – Advanced
• Employment: Full-time
• Schedule: 40-45 hours
• Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per annum
