Senior Risk Consultant – Asia Pacific Property Division

Your New Role

We are looking for a gifted professional to join our specialist APAC Property department at Bowring Marsh. This position is located in London and operates under a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

The Bowring Marsh Asia Pacific Property division manages an extensive array of asset placements for global clients based within the APAC territory. Collaborating with the broader Marsh retail network, our team engages directly with the global insurance market to engineer creative answers for our clients’ asset protection requirements. Core Responsibilities

Leverage deep expertise in Asset Insurance and the global market to audit client risk profiles and loss histories, creating bespoke solutions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to execute robust renewal and market placement strategies.
Lead negotiations with Lloyd’s and London-based underwriters to secure optimal terms.
Interpret the strategic business goals and risk management requirements of clients to provide high-level advisory and product design.
Identify and capture expansion opportunities to facilitate the acquisition of new accounts.
Act as the lead relationship manager and primary point of contact for daily client service requirements.

Requirements for Success

Comprehensive background in Asset/Property Insurance within a brokerage environment.
Proven history in client-facing and market-facing roles with a robust professional network.
Superior communication capabilities—encompassing written reports and tenders as well as verbal presentations and consultations.
Demonstrated organizational mastery and the skill to manage several complex tasks simultaneously.
High levels of technical precision and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet fixed deadlines.
