Partner with internal specialist units, claims departments, and administrative teams to ensure superior service delivery.
Pinpoint avenues for organic expansion within the assigned book and assist in securing new enterprise mandates.

Extensive history as a Lead Financial Lines Intermediary within a major global brokerage setting.
