Commercial Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a senior leader to shape the commercial success of our aviation civils works at Birmingham Airport. You will lead the commercial function across multiple projects, ensuring robust financial performance and managing contractual risk.
You will be responsible for providing strategic commercial leadership, leading a team of Assistant, Quantity and Sen
ior Quantity Surveyors, and overseeing commercial delivery of site portfolios. You will also prepare and review estimates, pricing submissions, and contractual documentation, manage client negotiations, resolve pricing queries, and support claims and change control.• Lead a team of commercial professionals to deliver commercial results

Requirements
• Demonstrable experience as a Managing or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment
• Proven leadership of commercial teams and delivery of civils projects
• Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
• Degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or equivalent
• Professional accreditation is desirable
