Strategic Account Growth & Commercial Leadership
QA Ltd, the UK’s leading technology training provider, is seeking a high-caliber Senior Client Relationship Manager (internally titled Business Development Manager). This role is designed for a strategic “deal-maker” who excels at navigating complex organizational structures to expand revenue streams within a prestigious portfolio of established clients.
Operating in a hybrid model out of Slough/Burnham, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, aligning QA’s end-to-end learning solutions—ranging from apprenticeships to bespoke digital transformation programs—with your clients’ strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute progressive plans to diversify engagement across your account base, targeting increased “share of wallet.”

Stakeholder Navigation: Identify and engage untapped influencers and decision-makers within existing accounts to expand QA’s footprint.

Consultative Solution Design: Lead client meetings to diagnose complex skill gaps and architect high-level, impactful learning interventions.

Commercial Management: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from strategic discussions and proposal drafting to leading bid teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
