and data-driven performance. We work with ambitious brands and manage multi-channel campaigns across global markets.As we continue to scale, we are now looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager with deep paid advertising expertise to join our management team and lead our top-tier clients.
The Role
We are seeking a Performance-focused Senior Account Manager to become the strategic lead for three of our largest clients — each spending £200,000–£400,000 per month across Meta and Google, with significant room to scale further.
In this pivotal role, you will:
• Own senior-level client relationships
• Drive paid advertising strategy across Meta & Google
• Lead scaling plans, budget forecasting, and performance optimisation
• Run multi-market campaigns (UK, US, EU, MENA)
• Direct internal media buyers and creative teams
• Manage and upskill our existing Account Manager (influencer/organic background) into a paid-ads-capable AM
• Join our wider management team and eventually run the Account Management department
This is a senior role for someone with real gravitas in performance marketing. You will be the bridge between clients, media buyers, and creative — ensuring growth, stability, and strategic clarity across high-value accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Leadership
• Act as the primary senior contact for high-value clients
• Build deep relationships across 3 flagship accounts
• Lead onboarding, quarterly reviews, growth planning, and performance reviews
• Run weekly strategy calls, steering clients toward long-term growth
Performance Strategy & Execution
• Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube
• Lead creative strategy and UGC ideation with internal teams
• Oversee budget pacing, monthly forecasts, and scaling frameworks
• Direct media buyers on optimisation, testing, and scaling
• Analyse ROAS, CPA, CPL, MER and articulate insights clearly
Campaign Management & Reporting
• Monitor performance daily and guide internal teams accordingly
• Build and present clear performance reports
• Lead cross-department workflow between Media Buying, Creative, and UGC
• Unblock bottlenecks and ensure projects stay ahead of deadlines
Leadership & Mentorship
• Manage, support, and develop our Account Manager
• Elevate the AM department by improving processes, reporting, communication, and client management standards
• Bring industry best-practices across performance marketing
What We’re Looking For
Essential
• 5+ years in a performance marketing environment
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Confidence analysing paid ads data (ROAS, CPA, MER, attribution modelling)
• Experience leading multi-market campaigns
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing clients spending at least £100k+/month
• Experience managing or mentoring other team members
• Ability to forecast budgets, build scaling models, and lead strategic planning
• A strategic thinker who can lead client accounts with confidence
