Senior Account Manager – Freelance/ FTC
This is a unique hybrid role that blends creative account handling with hands-on production management. Unlike a standard SAM position, you will be deeply involved in the end-to-end creative process, from initial briefing to leading photographic shoots—ranging from small productions to large-scale seasonal campaigns. As a client-focused leader, you will support the senior team in managing projects through to delivery, ensuring high-standard output while navigating tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Managing client creative projects; ensuring that client and internal stakeholders are informed on progress throughout.

Work alongside the creative, copy and strategy teams internally at L&B.

Lead day to day creative delivery on multiple campaigns meeting all deadlines’ ensuring output is always to a high standard.

Supporting senior client services team with strategic planning and client development opportunities.

Working closely with production (ES) and photographic art director to deliver photographic output to a consistently high standard. This includes managing pre production, shoot days and post production.
Skills And Experience

Agency account handling experience

Photographic end to end productions experience

An understanding or previous experience of retail marketing

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.

Lead and mentor more junior members of the team and liaise with all stakeholders.

Maintain and build strong client and supplier relationships.

Be a problem solver/solution focussed confident individual and have the ability to be agile and flex as required in a fast-paced retail marketing environment.
