Based in the creative hub of Bristol, Our Media is a powerhouse of special-interest content. We manage a diverse portfolio of iconic brands like BBC Science Focus and BikeRadar, alongside an award-winning agency that helps major charities and organizations share their stories. We are currently looking for a sharp, collaborative professional to step into a 3-month contract role, acting as the vital link between a key charity client and our internal creative teams to produce high-impact content across all platforms.

Requirements

You’re an entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager with a strong background managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in client services managing complex, client accounts, currently working at Senior Account Manager level.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage accounts involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Content Creation Expertise: Essential experience and a clear understanding of the process of creating content that people actively engage with.

• Strategic Balance: Ability to effectively manage and balance business and customer requirements to ensure content is both effective and engaging.

• Need to be available from April 6th 2026 to June 26th 2026 (dates are not flexible).

Desirable Requirements:

• Data Utilisation: Experience using data and analytics to improve, develop, and optimize content streams and strategies.

• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within the charity sector.
