Job Description

Security Officers patrol, monitor, and protect assets, respond to emergencies, report incidents, and ensure safety compliance in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and secure designated areas

• Monitor and analyse CCTV footage

• Guard valuables and company assets

• Respond to alarms and emergencies

• Maintain incident reports and communicate irregularities with management

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and government rules

• Escort and check visitors in/out of premises

• Support fire prevention, traffic control, and accident investigations

Shifts & Compensation

• Shift types: 8am–6pm, 8am–8pm, 6pm–6am, 8pm–8am

• Hourly pay: £18/day, £22/night

• Overtime: X1.85 hourly rate

• Bank holidays: X2.15 hourly rate

• Weekly paid, full-time and part-time positions

• £3000 joining bonus (paid end of May 2025)

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary

• Reliable, proactive, and able to handle security duties

• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
