The Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, ambitious SDR to join our central commercial team. You’ll help drive outbound sales and pipeline growth across a portfolio of B2B SaaS companies.
You’ll work closely with founders, marketers, and sales leads — crafting outreach, booking meetings, and shaping how we scale outbound across products and markets.

Responsibilities
• Research and engage prospects across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Craft tailored outreach messages for different personas
• Book qualified meetings and contribute to team pipeline goals
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine targeting and messaging
• Use tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Test and improve outbound strategies across brands

Requirements
• 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech (or strong motivation and communication skills if earlier stage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organised, persistent, and motivated by results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and methods
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
