The Position
We are seeking a seasoned Scenic Production Manager possessing a heavy emphasis on client and account oversight to guide the execution of custom scenic fabrication tasks for exhibitions, events, and artistic installations. This position is vital to our strategy for maintaining and expanding customer ties, serving as a reliable advisor from initial discussions to the ultimate handover.
You will maintain responsibility for client accounts, overseeing project briefs, financial plans, goals, and interactions while collaborating with our fabrication and technical departments to provide premium build services. Merging deep production expertise with a forward-thinking, interpersonal strategy, you will make certain that customers feel guided, knowledgeable, and secure throughout the process, while ensuring tasks are finished securely, punctually, and to a superior level.
Primary Duties

Oversee the execution of scenic build projects intended for exhibitions, events, and artistic setups

Serve as the primary client liaison, offering transparent updates throughout all project phases

Guarantee that all tasks are finished within the designated timeline, budget, and quality benchmarks

Partner with in-house departments and third-party vendors to organize and execute builds effectively

Offer expert guidance regarding materials, surface treatments, and fabrication techniques

Assist with project financial estimating, budget oversight, and vendor coordination

Generate and evaluate CAD diagrams and fabrication data whenever necessary

Verify that all Health and Safety paperwork and hazard evaluations are finalized for every task

Operational Schedule
