Salesman – Building Materials

Job description

*Generate sales through both shop-based and site visits*Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients*Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable building material products*Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth*Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders*Provide market feedback and competitor insights*Report sales activities and progress to management *Mandatory: Prior sales experience in Building Materials Trading (BMT) within the UAE*Proven track record of achieving sales targets*Strong negotiation and communication skills*Valid UAE driving license preferred*Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)*Ability to work independently and under pressure
