Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative with a UK market experience background and a proven track record in real estate, outdoor decoration, artificial grass, or interior design. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to connect with clients, understand their aesthetic and functional needs, and provide tailored solutions that turn outdoor spaces into elegant living areas.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow the client base through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Visit residential and commercial sites to assess client needs and provide accurate quotations.
• Present Terraly’s products and installation solutions with a consultative, design-focused approach.
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients, property developers, and designers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure exceptional client experience

Requirements
• British national or UK-educated background preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, landscaping, interior design, or outdoor furniture/decor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident presenting to high-end clientele.
• Aesthetic sensibility and ability to advise on design and layout options.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week

Experience:
• real estate or interior design or outdoors landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
• UK market: 1 year (Preferred)
