Due to growth within our Internal Sales Department, we have an opening for a Sales Office Administrator.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders and enquiries are handled appropriately and customers’ expectations are managed. You will report to the Sales Office Supervisor.

You will have worked in a Customer Service / Sales Administration role previously and be able to prioritise your workload. You will be confident over the phone to deal with our customers and also have an understanding of establishing strong customer working relationships.

The successful candidate will know how to prioritise their work with a team and on their own. They will have to be able to cope with pressure and deadlines.

Duties will include:
• Process sales orders accurately, both merchants and doorkits/sets
• Setting up new accounts
• Maintain and improve where possible customer working relationships
• Support the Sales and External Sales teams.
• Ensure all enquires are handled effectively and through to resolution
• Reconcile the sales order book
• Raise credits as necessary
• Ensure all customer orders, enquiries, complaints and requests are handled appropriately and customers’ expectations are managed
• Call handling and call forwarding

Essential Skills:
• Good Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
• Ability to establish strong customer relationships over the phone
• Understand and deliver excellent service at all times
• Organised and focused under pressure
• Self-motivated

Preferable Skills:
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Key Account Management is useful but not essential
• Team player
