As a Lettings & Sales Agent, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-end residential transactions, from the initial property valuation to the final closing of the deal. Your daily impact involves building a robust portfolio of listings, conducting professional viewings across Dubai’s prime districts, and navigating complex negotiations between international buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. This is a commission-only role designed for true entrepreneurs; we provide the visa, medical insurance, and RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) licensing support, but your income is directly tied to your hustle. You will be expected to stay ahead of rapid market trends and utilize our extensive internal database to secure successful outcomes, all while delivering the exceptional after-care service that has made Allsopp & Allsopp a household name in UAE real estate.

The Dubai Real Estate Landscape

Working in Dubai requires an understanding of a unique regulatory and geographical environment:

  • RERA Compliance: You will be trained to operate within the legal frameworks of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), ensuring all listings and contracts are legally compliant.

  • Off-Plan vs. Secondary Market: You will navigate both ready-to-move-in properties and the booming off-plan investment sector.

  • Geographic Specialization: Agents typically specialize in “communities” such as Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, or Arabian Ranches to maximize local expertise.
