Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard in English and Maths.

Proven experience working in a similar position using sales and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers.

The Role
In this dynamic Thursday-to-Monday role, you will lead the customer through the entire home-buying journey, from the first point of contact at the sales complex to final completion. You will act as the primary liaison between potential buyers and third parties like solicitors, banks, and estate agents to ensure a smooth, timely progression of sales. Beyond closing deals and taking deposits, you are responsible for the physical presentation of the “Show Home” and Sales Information Centre, ensuring they meet Keepmoat’s high standards of cleanliness and signage. Your goal is to balance achieving financial targets with “customer delight,” ensuring every buyer feels supported and informed through regular updates and professional problem-solving.
