Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers across various sectors.

• Qualify leads, process applications, and support new accounts through their initial 10 weeks.

• Provide tailored advice on fuel card benefits to build strong customer relationships.

• Work towards KPIs for applications, activations, and usage.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Person Specification

• Experience in customer service, telesales, inside sales, or phone-based roles preferred.

• Confident, resilient, and target-driven.

• Strong objection handling and clear communication skills.

• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous).

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and positive team player.
