Job Description
Help clients build modern, timeless wardrobes as a Sales Associate at Reiss Victoria. You’ll offer considered styling advice, keep the store looking immaculate and work closely with the management team to deliver a refined shopping experience on a 20‑hour part‑time contract.
Role Overview
As part of the Victoria retail team, you’ll be a visible Reiss Brand Ambassador on the shop floor. You’ll welcome customers, listen carefully to their needs, present product options with confidence, and support day‑to‑day operations so sales, service and standards remain consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience for every visitor
- Share detailed knowledge of Reiss collections, fits, fabrics and styling options
- Build genuine relationships, seeing each interaction through the customer’s eyes
- Maintain visual and housekeeping standards in line with brand guidelines
- Support fitting room service, styling sessions and clienteling activity
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and management to support daily targets
- Actively contribute to achieving sales goals and key store KPIs
About You
- Genuine passion for premium or luxury fashion and styling
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally in retail or hospitality
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a close team
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable prioritising when things get busy
- Available with flexibility towards the end of the week and weekends
