Job Overview
As a Part-Time Sales Advisor, you will put customers first, creating an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will inspire with fashion knowledge, promote campaigns and offers, keep the store safe and welcoming and work closely with teammates to achieve sales and profit goals over flexible, eight-hour weeks.
Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and support them in finding styles that suit their needs
• Promote campaigns, offers and in-store activities to inspire customers
• Share product and fashion knowledge to create great shopping experiences
• Contribute to achieving sales and profit goals in your store
• Keep the sales floor tidy, safe and well-presented
• Follow health and safety routines to protect colleagues and customers
• Give and receive honest feedback to support your own and others’ development
Requirements
• Availability for at least two fully flexible days per week, including weekends
• Genuine interest in people and fashion
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative, fast-paced store team
• Willingness to follow routines and keep customers at the heart of decisions
• Right to work in the United Kingdom, as sponsorship is not available
