Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts across the Kent (North) region

• Identify new business opportunities within the construction industry

• Visit customers on-site to understand challenges and recommend tailored solutions

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from site level to senior management

• Drive productivity, safety, and sustainability through value-based selling

• Plan and manage your territory independently to achieve sales targets

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a target-driven B2B sales environment

• Strong business development and relationship management skills

• High level of organisation with the ability to work autonomously

• Confidence engaging with a wide range of decision-makers

• Solution-focused mindset with strong curiosity and drive

• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
