Core Responsibilities:

Execute superior endodontic care, including surgical endodontics and peri-radicular surgery.

Collaborate closely with our Periodontists, Prosthodontists, and Orthodontists on multi-disciplinary treatment plans.

Foster and maintain trust with referring General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) through meticulous communication and reporting.

Actively engage in practice growth initiatives, including attending study clubs, contributing to social media, and mentoring referring colleagues.

Supervise and train dental nursing staff to ensure specialist-level chairside support.

Uphold the highest clinical safety standards and CQC compliance within our customized CRM and administrative systems.
