• Position: Room Attendant (Zero Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service allocated rooms to Housekeeping Standards

• Maintain corridors, public areas, and hygiene standards

• Report maintenance issues, missing items, or guest incidents

• Deliver items to guest rooms (e.g., laundry)

• Assist public area cleaners as needed

• Follow The Venues Collection Way and uphold company values

• Attend training sessions for personal and professional development

• Adhere to health, safety, COSHH, and fire procedures

• Maintain confidentiality of guest information

• Properly manage hotel keys and assets

Requirements
