Job Description

Retail Supervisors support store management, lead teams, ensure excellent customer service, maintain merchandise, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager

• Open and close the store, including cashing up and administrative duties

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge

• Recommend and promote complementary products to increase sales

• Assist management in achieving store sales targets and KPIs

• Support team members as required

• Ensure merchandise and displays are well-presented

• Process stock deliveries and transfers

• Handle customer queries and complaints

Requirements

• Previous retail supervisory experience, including cashing up and banking

• Self-motivated, positive, and proactive attitude

• Ability to supervise, motivate, and coach a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexible to work 30 hours per week across any day (Monday–Sunday)

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Working Hours

• Pay Rate: Up to £13.41 per hour + non-contractual hourly sales commission

• Hours per Week: 30
