About the Role

In this permanent, 10-hour-per-week position, you will be the expert face of ProCook, guiding customers through our high-quality product ranges with confidence and enthusiasm. Your primary focus will be to influence buying decisions by sharing deep product knowledge and providing unparalleled service in a performance-driven environment. From conducting product demonstrations to maintaining a beautiful store aesthetic through visual merchandising, you will play a key role in ensuring every shopper finds the perfect fit for their kitchen.

Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers.

• Have worked in a customer-facing sales role.

• Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have retail or customer service experience.

• You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
