Job Overview
As a Retail Assistant – Online Picker in Iceland Coventry, you will select and pack customer orders from the shop floor and freezers, working early shifts between 1am and 6am. You’ll follow picking routines, maintain store standards and help ensure every online shop is accurate, well-presented and ready for timely delivery.

• Positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Highly flexible and willing to work unsociable early-morning shifts between 1am and 6am
• Able to follow instructions and online picking processes
