Job Overview
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first face guests see, managing bookings, greeting and seating customers, and ensuring smooth service. You will support the team when needed, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to a high-quality dining experience in a fun, energetic environment.

Requirements

• People-oriented with confidence and charisma

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Positive, energetic, and eager to learn

• Experience in restaurant hosting preferred (1 year)

• Reservation management/administration experience preferred

• Availability Monday–Friday evenings from 4pm, Saturday & Sunday from 11am

• No degree required

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and confidently

• Manage reservations and customer enquiries by phone, email, and in-person

• Maintain smooth service flow and support the team as needed

• Create a welcoming and upbeat dining atmosphere

• Stay calm and professional under pressure
