Position: Residential Architect

Practice: Multi-disciplinary Design Studio

Engagement: Full-time

Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage bespoke high-end residential assignments from inception through to completion.

  • Oversee project deliverables while alternating effectively between autonomous work and team-based collaboration.

  • Maintain a consistent presence in the Wimbledon office five days a week to support project flow and team cohesion.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Architect with several years of experience following Part 3 accreditation.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client and contractor management.

  • High level of proficiency in Vectorworks software.

  • Strong manual sketching and hand-drawing capabilities.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take full ownership of project timelines and quality.

  • Ideally residing within a commutable distance to Wimbledon to support the 100% office-based requirement.
