Resident Liaison Officer – Hull£14-£16 per hour | 12-week contract (immediate start) | Full driving licence required

We’re looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading social housing team in Hull, supporting residents through repairs, maintenance, capital works, and retrofit projects.

You’ll be the friendly face on site – keeping residents informed, helping with queries, and ensuring every project runs smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Resilient, with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
