Turn curiosity about food into new business as a Remote Sales Development Representative with Cozymeal, Inc. You’ll spark interest in unique culinary experiences, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and guide guests towards the perfect cooking class, chef’s table or team-building event.

Role Overview

Working fully remotely, you’ll be the first sales touchpoint for prospective customers and corporate clients. You’ll understand their needs, explain Cozymeal’s offerings clearly and book high-quality appointments for senior sales. This role suits an ambitious SDR who enjoys structured outreach, measurable goals and consultative conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact and nurture prospective customers via phone, email and digital channels
  • Listen carefully to understand each guest’s culinary interests, budget and logistics
  • Present suitable experience options and guide guests through the enquiry and booking process
  • Qualify leads against clear criteria and hand off sales‑ready opportunities to senior sales or account managers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, updating contact details, activity notes and pipeline stages
  • Analyse your activity and conversion reports to refine approach and hit targets
  • Contribute ideas to improve messaging, sequences and lead‑handling processes

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, SDR, inside sales or similar target‑driven roles
  • Confident communicator in writing and over the phone, able to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable working in a structured sales environment with activity and conversion KPIs
  • Strong questioning and listening skills, with a consultative, customer‑first mindset
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined and organised in a fully remote setting
  • Tech‑savvy and confident using CRM systems and online communication tools
  • Genuine interest in food, hospitality or experiences is a strong plus
