Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Content Tagging & Categorization Specialist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in content management and digital media, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to how billions of users discover and interact with content. You will be responsible for accurately tagging, categorizing, and moderating various forms of digital content across Meta’s platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to our content guidelines. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, analyze, and accurately tag diverse content types (e.g., images, videos, text) based on predefined guidelines and taxonomies.
• Categorize content into relevant themes, topics, and categories to improve searchability and user experience.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency in content tagging to maintain data integrity.
• Provide feedback on content guidelines and tools to help improve efficiency and clarity.
• Identify and escalate problematic content that violates company policies.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment with team and company standards.
• Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing content quality and platform relevance.
