We are hiring a hands-on Content Executive to support a UK-based healthcare consultancy and digital product serving NHS GP practices. This role focuses on execution, not strategy. You will turn rough ideas, voice notes, and bullet points into clear, professional LinkedIn and email content, repurpose approved posts, schedule them, create simple supporting graphics, and maintain a basic content tracker.

No strategy ownership
No clinical or NHS decision-making
No creative director responsibilities

Qualifications
Essential
• Excellent written and editing skills in clear, professional English
• Proven experience creating and editing LinkedIn and email content
• Ability to accurately edit and refine someone elses voice without adding fluff or changing intent
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality and consistency
• Familiarity with LinkedIn formatting, posting best practices, and engagement norms
• Comfortable working from rough briefs, bullet points, or voice notes
• Basic graphic creation skills using tools such as Canva or similar
• Experience using content trackers or task tools (Google Sheets, Notion, or equivalent)
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage deadlines independently
• Experience in healthcare, consulting, or professional services is a plus but not essential
