Assist dermatologists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and a sterile environment for optimal outcomes.Prepare and administer medications, including topical treatments and injections, with precision and adherence to protocols.Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, emphasizing skin health maintenance and specific treatment instructions.Perform detailed skin assessments, documenting observations and patient history to aid in accurate diagnosis.Provide wound care and dressing changes, promoting proper healing and preventing complications.Operate and maintain dermatological equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety guidelines.Assist in cosmetic procedures, such as laser treatments and chemical peels, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care, facilitating smooth patient flow and communication.Collaborate with the dermatology team, contributing to a positive work environment and excellent patient care. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and a valid DHA LicensePossesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology nursing or a related field.Demonstrates proficiency in assisting with dermatological procedures and administering various treatments.Has a strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.Exhibits excellent patient assessment skills, including the ability to observe and document skin conditions accurately.Proficient in operating dermatological equipment, such as lasers, IPL devices, and diagnostic tools.Demonstrates strong communication skills, able to effectively educate patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.Exhibits a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, fostering trust and building rapport.Fluent in Filipino and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Possesses certifications in relevant areas, such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
