Regional Property Manager – Block Management

Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5:30pm
Portfolio Location: London
Office: This is a hybrid role

Opportunity to work for a market leading managing agent as a Regional Manager.

Great opportunity for career progression within a growing company that specialises in Block Management. Your role will be within a small team managing existing and new clients and participate in the growth of the company.

You will manage two schemes and oversee a team of four property managers.

Main Duties: Regional Property Manager – Block Management
• Oversee a team of property managers
• Being able to produce and manage budgets and overall expenditure for residential blocks, assisting with forecasts and reports.
• Have an understand and experience with managing major works (section 20’s)
• Administrating insurance claims
• Arranging risk assessments and monitoring health and safety
• Be able to manage and organise sub-contractors with works orders and service contracts.
• Undertaking site inspections as per client contracts.
• Keying and management of all invoices for their portfolio.
• Produce legal management packs for properties up for sale.
• Understanding of Year end accounts.
• Undertake AGM’s /EGM’s/ directors meetings

Experience Required: Regional Property Manager – Block Management
• Previous experience within block management
• Full UK Driving Licence, with their own car
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to priorities workloads
• Excellent level of customer service skills
• Team player
• IRPM/TPI qualified or have a good understanding of Block legislation

£65k to £75k
