Caridon Property, a key player within the Caridon Group, is looking for a dedicated leader to oversee its Bristol portfolio. Operating in close partnership with local authorities, we provide essential social and supported housing management. In this role, you will be the boots-on-the-ground presence for nearly 500 homes, primarily located on a single site. This is a chance to take full ownership of operational standards and service delivery in a high-impact environment where your leadership directly affects the quality of life for our residents.

The Daily Impact and Operations

Based permanently on-site in Bristol, you will be the driving force behind the region’s performance, ensuring that the team remains coordinated and our housing standards remain exemplary. While the focus is heavily on local delivery, you’ll stay connected to the wider organization with occasional trips to our Croydon Head Office for collaborative strategy sessions and training. We are looking for someone who thrives on site-based management and possesses the operational grit to manage a large-scale property portfolio effectively.
