The candidate should

• Own transport to arrive at site for 7AM

• Manually and physcially fit as a lot of walking and pulling of the bins to the dust cart

• Previous experience preferred (not essential)

• Available immediately

About the Role

As a Refuse Loader, you will be the frontline of local waste management, operating alongside a domestic dustcart to collect waste and recycling bins from residential properties. The role is highly active, requiring a high level of physical fitness for walking the routes and safely maneuvering bins to the vehicle. You will work closely with your team to ensure designated routes are completed to a high standard, maintaining a duty of care for both the equipment and the public. With a 7:00 am start, you’ll benefit from early finishes at 3:00 pm, allowing for a great work-life balance while working in an outdoor environment.
