This role uniquely balances field-based service and installation across London and the South East with high-spec system builds at the company’s Kent workshop. Working with world-famous organizations in the medical, retail, and manufacturing sectors, you will be a key player in delivering bespoke cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service & Repair: Maintain and troubleshoot a diverse range of bespoke refrigeration systems to ensure peak performance for high-profile clients.
Installation & Commissioning: Support the full lifecycle of new equipment, from the initial build in the workshop to on-site installation and final commissioning.
Workshop System Builds: When not on-site, utilize your engineering skills at the Kent facility to help construct custom refrigeration units.
Fault Finding: Provide rapid and accurate diagnostics to minimize client downtime while maintaining excellent customer service.
Compliance: Ensure all work meets strict F-Gas regulations and safety standards, acting as a professional representative of the business at all times.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: A solid background in refrigeration service and maintenance across multiple sectors.
Qualifications: Ideally F-Gas certified with a recognized apprenticeship or engineering training.
Technical Skills: Excellent fault-finding abilities; additional knowledge of Air Conditioning systems is a distinct advantage.
Mobility: A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across Kent, London, and the wider South East.
Proximity: Being based within a commutable distance of West Malling/Tonbridge is essential for workshop-based days.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that moves away from the “one-size-fits-all” approach to refrigeration. You will be working on unique, often complex projects that require a high degree of accuracy and a “can-do” attitude.
