Job Description

Referrals Networker builds and maintains partnerships with local agencies to secure reader referrals for Read Easy groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local agencies such as Job Centres and social services

• Identify potential referral sources for adult literacy learners

• Maintain strong communication with partner organizations

• Ensure a steady stream of reader referrals to support group sustainability

• Work collaboratively with the management team

Requirements

• Strong networking and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Commitment to supporting adult literacy and community engagement

• Previous experience in outreach or voluntary coordination is beneficial but not essential
