Construction Recruitment Consultant
Up to £35k basic (dependent on experience) + bonus + benefits
Commission to 30%

A well-established, independent recruitment consultancy specialising in construction recruitment is seeking an individual with drive, tenacity, and an understanding of the sector to work within their small, busy Hull-based team.

THE CLIENT:
There is a team of recruitment consultants in place currently servicing businesses across the local area, covering temporary, contract, and permanent placements. They are looking to expand their business by adding a key individual tasked with adding value to their construction division.

THE ROLE:
Joining the team, you will be responsible for new business development, although there is some existing business to work on. Establishing contacts and developing long-term business relationships, this is a full recruitment consultant role involving sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Construction recruitment experience is ideal. You must understand how the market works. You will be well-presented, able to communicate at all levels, and have drive and tenacity. Recruitment includes highs and lows, so resilience is essential.
