Recruitment Consultant – Temporaries Business Support | Reed Bristol

Location: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG

Requirement: You’ll need a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – client visits are part of the role

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (after initial embedding period)

Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Contract: Permanent

• Candidate-Focused Recruitment: Source, attract and place top business support professionals into temporary roles
• Headhunting & Talent Matching: Use job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach to find the right fit for each role
• Client Collaboration: Work with engaged clients who value your expertise and are open to candidate-led solutions
• Full Lifecycle Management: From taking briefs and negotiating terms to onboarding and managing timesheets
• Relationship Building: Deliver outstanding service to both candidates and clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
