Permanent 40 Hours per week: Monday – Friday

Shift 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Wage**:£26,000 – £28,000 per annum**

Holidays: 20 + 8 Bank Holidays

We are a large and growing domestic and commercial cleaning business, looking for a Recruitment & Operations Executive to join the team in our Sheffield Head Office. We will provide all necessary on the job training to help you excel in your role.
• *Overall job purpose**
– To look after existing customers, as well as welcoming new ones. Help make the customer experience as easy as possible, answer customer questions and queries.
– To look after our staff schedules, to manage booking availability and make sure their schedules run smoothly. Manage staff holidays, and recording staff absences.
– To assist and coordinate the smooth running of business operations.
– Liaise with commercial clients and operatives to facilitate the consistent delivery of their services.
– Perform general administrative duties: managing stock levels and reporting, preparing documents; inputting data, using Xero accounting software (training can be provided), Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Sheets.
– Access to a shared company vehicle is available when the role requires.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual that wants to challenge themselves and grow with us. Communication is key to this role, so being able to communicate with customers and staff at ease is of paramount importance. We are a modern company, so being digitally savvy, with the ability to pick up new systems and software is important. Previous experience in a service based company is preferred.

– IT literate

GCSE Maths and English: B Minimum.
