Receptionist – Part-time

Location: Reading, Henley, or Wokingham

A premier legal practice is seeking a Front-of-House Assistant to join their staff 2 to 3 days each week. This position is primarily based in Reading, although candidates must be willing to work at the Henley and Wokingham sites as well. As a pivotal forward-facing representative, you serve as the initial point of interaction for visitors; therefore, a deep commitment to providing a fluid, sophisticated, and superior client service experience is essential.

Core duties involve

  • Aiding the efficient functionality of the front desk and office infrastructure to assist legal professionals and support staff.

  • Attending to the needs of all guests in the lobby and maintaining the organization and readiness of consultation spaces.

  • Managing mail distribution effectively and monitoring the flow of physical records.

  • Overseeing digital data entry and physical file organization.

  • Performing additional tasks related to reception management or facility operations as required.
