Grange Park School is seeking a professional, motivated Receptionist / Clerical Officer to join our dedicated office team at an exciting stage of the school’s growth. Key Responsibilities

Reception Excellence: Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcoming service to parents, pupils, and visitors.

Admissions Management: Organize and deliver the pupil admissions process, ensuring all documentation is handled with precision.

Clerical Support: Perform essential administrative tasks to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to support the school’s unique ethos.

Safeguarding Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to “Keeping Children Safe in Education” (KCSIE) guidelines and school safeguarding policies.

About the Role
This role is more than just traditional reception work; you will be the first point of contact for an autism-specific community across two sites (Wrotham and Stansted). You will benefit from Grange Park’s membership in KSENT, a collaboration of 26 special schools in Kent, which provides exceptional CPD, shared working practices, and clear career progression.
The school offers comprehensive autism-specific training, ensuring you understand the unique needs of our pupils. You will play a vital role in managing the administrative lifecycle of the students, from their initial admission through to supporting their daily development in a purpose-built environment designed for their success.
