As part of our Bristol Crew, you’ll be the face of Marriott’s youngest and most stylish brand, designed for the next-generation traveler. Forget stuffy reception desks; here, you’ll manage room inventory, check guests in, shake up cocktails, and keep the vibe alive at our Food & Beverage outlets. Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences

• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way

• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way

• Manage all bills and payments correctly

• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas

• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely

• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders

• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.

• A natural “people person” who enjoys chatting with guests.

• A skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service.

• A clear communicator fluent in English (extra languages are a bonus).

• Experience in the service industry or knowledge of hotel systems (Opera/Micros) is useful but not essential.
