Provide exceptional guest service at the reception, managing check-ins, payments, inquiries, and enhancing guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Role Overview

• Position: Reception Agent (Part-time)

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests while ensuring a memorable experience.

• Handle payments via credit cards and cash.

• Respond to guest requests in-person, via phone, and email.

• Enrol guests in Accor Loyalty Membership and promote hotel facilities.

• Address guest complaints following Accor standards.

• Collaborate with departments and ensure proper handover to next shift.

• Work morning or afternoon shifts according to business needs.

• Be proactive in resolving problems.

• Use Opera or similar hotel management systems (training provided if needed).

Qualifications & Skills

• Service-focused personality essential.

• Previous experience ideal but not required.

• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

• Ability to cover day shifts when required.
