Candidate Requirements:

Must be an ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of two to four years of UK-based experience following RIBA Part 2.

RIBA Part III qualification is essential.
Proficiency in Graphisoft ArchiCAD is preferred, alongside familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Superior command of English, both verbal and written.
Permanent legal eligibility to work within the United Kingdom.

Primary Accountabilities:

Formulate inventive design solutions throughout all project milestones.
Support the productive execution of architectural services as defined in briefs, adhering to set timelines.
Navigate project limitations such as environmental impacts, budgetary caps, and town planning statutes.
Interface with client bodies, specialist consultants, and building contractors.
Collaborate with clients to refine and evolve project briefs.
Draft and present formal reports, design proposals, project contracts, and applications.
Manage submissions for planning consent and building control advice from statutory entities.
Construct technical design packages and detailed specifications for building phases.
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot design issues during the construction process.
Embed sustainable principles and ecological ethics into both new and existing ventures.
Maintain the highest standards for all graphic and written project documentation.
