Job Description

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). Key Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Independently run a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and complex landlord and tenant work.

• Development Projects: Advise on the full lifecycle of development projects, from initial site assembly to final plot sales or leasing.

• Technical Advisory: Act as a lead advisor on complex transactions, ensuring commercial risks are identified and mitigated for the client.

• Supervision: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring quality standards are maintained across the department.

• Collaborative Support: Contribute to wider team objectives and participate in the firm’s proactive market engagement.
